The doors will open 30 minutes before the event starts. Enjoy fun audience-based activities while you wait for the show to start. The live musical performance will start with some of your family’s Christmas favorites. We will wrap up the night by sharing what Christmas is all about, and the good news that it brings! 

This celebration typically runs approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. There is no intermission.

Yes. Seating for this event is reserved at $5 per ticket. Small children sitting in your lap do not need a ticket, but all those using a seat do. 

No. We are requiring that you reserve your photo time with Santa by CLICKING HERE. Your reservation with Santa is a separate experience from Christmas OTM. Your Christmas OTM ticket holds your seat for the live performance event.  

When you purchase tickets, you will be given a link to your My Tickets page where you can view and print your tickets. You will also have two other options at the bottom of that page:

• Transfer Tickets: If you purchased tickets for someone else, you can use this option to select tickets and email them to another person. They will then have access to their tickets to print or show on their own phone.

• Release Tickets: If at any point you realize you have tickets that are not needed, click this button to select tickets to be released for others to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for these tickets
